SP3 fails; Dell cannot print pdf files
Adobe Reader 9 displays this error mesage when attempting to print a pdf file attachement from an email on a Dell Inspiron 6000 with a Dell 942 All-In-One printer: "The procedure entry point?GetDIMSValue@CGUIInkdisplay@@QAEHXZ could not be located in the dynamic link library dlbuutil.dll". I can print out email messages, but not pdf files.
I have reinstalled Dell printer software and drivers. Ink is also full. I also reset IE7. The problem occurred shortly after trying to install SP3 which gave me the blue screen of death and then the system removed the SP3 files and attempted to put everything back the way it was!

Uninstall and reinstall Adobe Reader 9, or install Foxit reader (I like it much better than Adobe) http://www.download.com/Foxit-Reader...-10313206.html

Turn your printer OFF, Uninstall your Dell printer software in add/remove programs, download the latest printer software for that model from Dell and install it, see if this fixes the issue.

I replaced Adobe Reader with Foxit-Reader and it seems to work fine. Thanks very much!
