Solved: Aegisp.sys
''The device is attempting to access memory after it has been freed.''

Something about going to bios and turning off caching and shadowing?
How to do that I don't know.

Then something about AEGISP.SYS

Last part ''Beginning dump of physical memory.''

All this started after installing a wireless adapter.
PC runs perfect on DSL

Ran misconfig and checked on Normal Start Up - load all device drivers and services. Was on selective start up.

Maybe that helped?

Well I come to find out that the download for the adapter off the web site is missing key components that the CD has. I found the install CD so now so far so good. <knock on wood>
