I'm having the same problem that Hugh77 and Kerry Moore had in April and June of this year:
When trying to stream or download a tv program from 4od (channel 4 on demand) a message pops up telling me:
"We have detected a problem with your Digital Rights Management (DRM) store files. Click Continue for instructions on how to fix the problem."
The link it provides goes to the microsoft FAQs for windows media player "Using protected files (DRM)"
This page gives loads of advice but nothing specifically aimed at the exact message above.
Like Hugh77 I also followed the instructions to find the Windows Media DRM folder but it isn't on my computer at all.
Clicking on the "
My question isn't answered in this FAQ. What can I do?" link just gives me the runaround.
I'm running Windows XP and Media Player 11.
Any ideas would be very much appreciated.
