I wouldnt run registry cleaners just for the sake of running them.
You said formatted c so i assume you put on a fresh copy of windows?

Yeah its completely fresh copy of windows.
Another question, how do i formatt my D drive. I used my windows disk to format C, but had to install windows, so how do i ONLY formatt a drive without installing windows on it?
