Exclamation P5QL-E onboard soundcard problem.. Please halp!

Hello, I just purchased an asus P5QL-E motherboard and I've been having these weird background noises when i enter in Windows XP enviroment, like parasite/hishing/crackling noises.... It uses the AUDIO AD2000B 8channel soundchip and I havent been able to make the parasites go away no matter what new drivers I've downloaded.. I'd be oblidged if someone could help me through and tell me if this is a hardware issue OR can it be fixed with any drivers tweaking or something?..

Thanks in advance

All you have to do is go to Control Panel->Sound and follow the numbers in the picture below:

The language is Greek but i think you wouldn't have any problems.
