Question drive for HPZipm12.exe
Message Box appears on desktop:
RTL: Unable to start drive for HPZipm12.exe

Cannot copy to my CD's unless I do a disk defrag and disk cleanup DAILY and restart computer. Doesn't make sense but I am computer DUMMY.

"CD properties" says that disk is FULL if I don't do the above.

Compaq Presario Windows XP.

Want to be able to use CD burner to copy photos.

MANY THANKS FOR HELP ...
