Question Strange problem...
Hello...

I installed wireless card on my computer the other day atheros one...

Now windows xp seems to boot up oddly... I use to get a blue screen with little logo's on of users now its a login box with owner writen in and a password box...

Its really strange the computer seems to work fine acept it takes a minute or two extra to log on...

Also there is no logo on the start menu next to my name like they use to be...

Other then that it works ok... but I just want it to load up like it did before.

Any help would be great thanks

Go to Control Panel and User Accounts and see what users are there and you can set it for no password needed

Am little confused...

its almost like installing wireless has done this i uninstalled it and it went back to xp normally but then i reinstalled it and again weird problem... why do you think the wireless software/drivers is making windows xp go weird...
