Question Not sure what happened

Hi. I recently tried to install PhotoShop CS4 on my PC, but the font installer kept rolling back. So after a couple of tries I gave up.
Now the problem arose when my system hung and nothing worked, so I repaired windows. The system was working again, but I couldn't install anything else, my music is messed up, and so is my internet connection, and practically anything you can think of.
Please help!
