Could be an application starting suddently. Did you install anything new recently?

Also, check if The Human Interface Device Access service is running. To do so, go to Start, Run, type services.msc

Locate the service and stop it.

Reboot.

Something is definitely suddently running to turn off your screen saver.

Open your Task Manager, look at your running processes before the screensaver jumps in. When it goes away again, open your Task Manager immediately and try to find an application that wasn't running before.

But, usually, only a mouse (or your trackpad) or keyboard can interrupt a screensaver. It could be a trackpad sensitivity issue.
