You are posted in the wrong place. This is a discussion forum. You should be posted in vista and windows xp. Hit report and asked to be moved. You will get much more attention and people who know what to do.

Before I go have you run a virus scan? Have you cleared your temporary internet files? Have you emptied your recycling box?
