VAIO - Not able to restore C Drive

Hello,
It seems my system got virus attck, so I would like to restore my system. I tried to do "Restore C Drive" option from Program files -> Vaio recovery tools -> Restore C Drive. When I did that, I got a message saying "Cannot find the recovery drive. If you have not removed the recovery drive, restarting the system may correct the issue.". I restarted my laptop many times, but didn't help.
I have done restore earlier couple of times and restore worked fine.

Pls suggest.
