If you've uninstalled IncrediMail from your computer, go into the C:\Program Files folder and make sure that the IncrediMail folder is now gone. If it isn't, delete it.

If you have a Logitech wireless mouse, Logitech SetPoint is the software and driver for it - which your computer has automatically loading and running in the background.

I don't believe the STK02N 2.3 PNP Monitor startup entry has anything to do with your wireless mouse, but I'm going to check into it.

The NVIDIA-related startup and service entries can be disabled from automatically loading and running in the background, as long as you're agreeable to make display setting changes in the display properties window. Let me know and I'll give you instructions for disabling them.

Your Peak Memory usage is greater than your installed memory; so I will leave you in Frank's good hands for trimming things down to the essentials.

Look into upgrading your ram for sure.

Follow the same steps as your did in post #11 to remove the checkmark in:

NvMediaCenter RUNDLL32.EXE C:\WINDOWS\system32\NvMcTray.dll,NvTaskbarInit

NvCplDaemon RUNDLL32.EXE C:\WINDOWS\system32\NvCpl.dll,NvStartup

and to change:

NVIDIA Display Driver Service

from Automatic to Manual.

Don't restart your computer until you've made the changes in both areas.

After that's done, post a new HijackThis log here.

After you do that, make sure that Java Quick Starter in the Services list is set on Manual and not on Automatic.

Don't restart your computer just yet.

Run a HijackThis scan, put a checkmark in
