bizarre folder keeps appearing in IE8 Favorites

Windows XP IE8 no problems for since IE8 upgrade some time ago.

starting yesterday, a folder appeared at the bottom of my Favorites.

I deleted it, it came back, I deleted it and came back as:

Any ideas?
