Can't I just delete Spam Bully and re-install it? Wouldn't it then make the Unsure file?

I don't see why not. You haven't tried it yet?

Yes I deleted Spam Bully and went to download it but don't want to pay for it again. I had to fill out a form on their website and hoep to hear from them soon.

If you buy software on the internet always save the installation files and keep a record of your registration keys. Some companies offer a download option if you lose the software, some do not.

I downloaded it and loaded it and re-booted. It did not load the UNSURE file. I deleted that file because you told me you thought it was installed my Spam Bully. apparently it is not.

I don't think we are on the same page, yet.

The Unsure folder is created by Spam Bully. Outlook 2003 is not creating that folder.
This link to Spam Bully's website shows the Unsure folder as an option in the Scan Folder process: http://www.spambully.com/sb4help/index1c6f.html

Using the link above have Spam Bully scan the Inbox to see if it needs the Unsure folder, if it does, Spam Bully will create the Unsure folder.

If the above does not create the Unsure folder, another option would be to create a new Personal Folders (.pst file) and configure it to be the new Default Delivery Location.
The Unsure folder should automatically be created in the new Personal Folders once it is set as the Default Delivery Location.

The original Personal Folders can then be used as storage or you can move the folders from the original Personal Folders to the new Personal Folders.
