Some graphics driver packages don't properly uninstall and need some manual help poking around in the registry. One must be very careful, however, because things can get seriously messed up if registry entries get pooched.

Okay, so let's get away from possible driver issues since nothing you've tried has worked.

You said:

"I have to reboot pc 5-8 times b4 pc will normal starts with picture."
"Oh yea and pc freeze after that blinking and color changing"
"pc is freezing in every 15 min and I have to reboot all the time"
" pc will boot after 20~ times now"

Any other problems you've noticed?

What is the exact model of your graphics card? Nvidia...what?

Try right clicking under My Computer - Manage - Event Viewer - System and see what errors are showing up in there.

Is your pc overheating at all? Did you blow out all the dust like you mentioned in an earlier post?

Your graphics card might indeed be failing. It might be time for a new one.

Anyone else have any ideas?

Did you manually remove all the specific driver keys/values/data from the registry? If you're still getting driver-related error messages, it may well be a driver problem and/or a graphics card problem.

Pull your graphics card and try another. If the problems go away, it's the card. If the problems persist, it's your motherboard.
