Hi there
I keep getting a pop up on my screen about Ron Snappy ads. It's just a blank internet page and it's only been happening for the past couple of days. I haven't downloaded anything new recently to cause this and it's driving me nuts.

I'm not a techo head, so please be gentle....

Also, for some reason my mouse is going nuts. I've got a new Sony mouse and it jumps all over the screen, even when i'm not touching it. It's really hard to accurately click things and makes me click the wrong link etc. It just goes balistic. Any help with this is much appreciated.

Sounds like a possible Malware infection

Go to this board, read the first "Sticky" at the top very carefully, then post your HJ log on that board for expert help.
