BSOD CHKDSK won't work.
*** STOP: 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x89c7a958, 0xc0000102, 0x00000000)

i don't know how this error occured but when i turn the computer on it doesn't load and just gives you these options to load it is safe mode or the last known good configuration however when you load any of these they don't work and the BSOD flashes and it takes you back to the list.
We have windows XP and an alienware computer.
I have tried using the boot cd to load the command prompt so i can run CHKDSK but CHKDSk won't run or load it just says bad name or command.

thanks
