Angry AAAARRRRGGGG!!! Two different problems
PLEASE help!!

Problem #1
I am trying to open some picture files in "My Pictures," but it keeps giving me an error message about "unauthorized access."

Problem #2
Every time I try to play music in my itunes, it thinks that I have inserted a disc to burn music on, but there is NO disc in the computer.

Please keep in mind that I am slightly "computer challeged," so please dumb your responses down for me.

Thanks SO MUCH in advance for any help you can provide

I think the problem is you're a pirate.

No, but seriously for problem #1 please post the exact error message, including what it says at the title bar of the message.

Problem #2, Where is the music located? Is it in your iTunes Library? To start, I would upgrade to the latest version of iTunes, which was released yesterday I believe. If that doesn't fix the issue, let us know.

Good luck!

HAHA!!!

With Problem #1, depending on which program I try to open the picture with, I get the following:

Error message with PAINT - "Access to "it lists the file location here" was denied.

Kodak Easy Share - KES cannot read the file. The file exists but may be damaged.

Picasa - Invalid Image

Picture Viewer - Couldn't display image because a suitable graphics importer could not be found

itunes is working!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!
