You do have an ATI graphics card. But, somehow, your driver installation seems to be corrupt: (you have missing files)

O23 - Service: Ati HotKey Poller - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\Ati2evxx.exe (file missing)
O23 - Service: ATI Smart - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ati2sgag.exe (file missing)

Finally, I don't think Ku6 is a big deal anymore. You seem to have more serious problems.

Do you have any idea what triggered the whole issue? Did you remove a virus? Did you use a registry cleaner? What?

If you provide your complete computer specs, we have experts here who will be able to locate the exact driver you need. Hopefully, we'll be able to reinstall it...

No, the driver for it. You need a driver to get it to function with your computer and screen. It's a program needed for your computer to recognize your display adapter.

Hi Hermit,

I downloaded the NVIDIA Windows XP Display Drivers, there is a NVIDIA Setup Error message that says "The NVIDIA Setup program could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware. Setup will not exit."
