Solved: Folders do not open, redirect to search in XP
So I tried to set up custom icons for my computer and wanted to see if I could change it so that all new folders and existing folders had a different icon than the standard.

I went into the folder options, changed an icon for what I thought was just the standard... setup for all folders. No change ended up being made graphically, but what did change was how all folders work.

I can no longer double click on a folder and have it open that folder, what it does now is open a file search window with the selected area to search being the folder I wanted to open.

I can right click> OPEN each folder but that gets rather tedious for a laptop.

How do I restore the folder properties? When I go back to look at what happens on double click I get a list of operations which include opening in winamp or in VLC, but no "Explore" or "Open". "Find" is set to default

THanks
