Need Mobo Info
Good Morning All,

I have a generic laptop computer that my uncle purchased from a local computer store. The hard drive died and I had to reinstall Windows XP. I am having a heck of a time finding the system drives for this model.

I know it is an Intel Processor, but system info only tells me that this is an Asustek motherboard and the model is MK7. The unit itself was built by the local shop so the case model helps me ZERO! I am wondering if anyone can give me some more suggestions as to where I can find the info I need to hunt down the drivers for this model?

Thanks in advance.

Grab Everest Home from http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4181.html and run it.
It should give you all the information you need.

Thanks, I downloaded and installed it. It doesn't show the MOBO model, but I might be able to find the drivers for the wireless and nic card. Thanks for the help.
