Exclamation USB Not Properly Loading Plug & Play
My brand new HP laptop has been giving me some issues. When plugging in a USB flash drive, it will not show up in My computer. The device does however show up in Device Manager, the device itself halfway loads (the device loads properly in one location as "kingston 2gb usb device" but under generic drives it loads a yellow exclamation point, saying that the device's driver loaded properly but the device cannot be found). In the drive management tool the device is "there" but is not issued a name, and if I try to manually issue it a name it says that the 'the device cannot be recognized and to restart in order for the device to be read'

If I let the computer restart with the USB drive in it will load and I can access the files, but if I where to remove the drive and reinsert it it will fail to load with the same error as stated above.

I have tried looking for drivers, uninstalling the device from the devmgmt, then deleting the USB hubs and Hub controllers, I have tried deleting the keys for the device from the registry, i have tried deleting driver defaults from the WINDOWS\inf.

Thank you for any advice you may have for me.
