Still having CD-ROM problems

Does anyone know where I can obtain a Samsung CD-ROM SN-124 driver???

I need an update because my computer wont load the divers.

I've already tried DriverGuide, and it didn't work.

Also, my computer this is for doesn't have the internet, I need something that can be moved with a flash drive (standard driver download, not web browsing guide).
