Hang up issue
Hello,

I just bought a lenovo pc 2 months ago with Windows XP Professional and the Service pack 3. About a week ago a program I was using froze up the computer completely. I restarted the computer and since then the computer will not shut down. I found the error code under help and support and I was hoping somebody here could help me solve this issue.

Hanging application LEAP.exe, version 2.4.0.5, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.

It has been happening for a week now and the only way to shut down the computer is to hold down the power button. The Leap.exe is the program that was running at the time the computer froze. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Brie
