XP time update patch ?

Hey guys, I have a pc with XP pro SP3 on a domain that is running an hour behind .. my "set" command shows the server I'm slaved to in which it's time is correct .... I'm unable to find the right command or patch that will correct this incorrect time, and it just keeps going back a hour ever time I change it ... any clues ?
