computer will not go into standby mode
Hello I am still having issues putting my computer into standby or into hybernation mode. It will start to go into it. But then after a few seconds of it going into the mode, the computer will start back up. I am running windows XP home. The computer model is a MDG computer running a intel motherboard and processor. I have checked and played with the bios setting and it does not help. If anyone out there could help me I would be so grateful.

I have tired that is in that link. none of it helped. It will still not go in to hibernation mode. I have been checking my monitor settings to see if that was causing it. From what I can tell there is something wrong with them.
