It may be that autostart is disabled on your computer.
Have you double clicked the drive in my computer?
What exactly isn't working?
Is it not starting?

Plug it in and go to "my computer".
It should show as a flash drive.
Double click the drive and see if it starts.
If it does, complete the setup and it should
create a virtual cd drive that shows in my computer.
Then it should start up when windows starts.

I have used the MagicJack for about 1-1/2 years now. I find it works best in a USB2 slot. Also, you need to have broadband service (dsl, cable etc)
You can go to their site and look at the different requirements necessary.

To have two or more computers share a single Internet connection you need a router. Some DSL modems include a built-in router (they will have more than one Ethernet connection on the back, usually four). If your modem only has one Ethernet connection, you need a separate router. You plug the cable from the modem into the WAN (or Internet, depending on how it is labeled) port on the router, and plug the computers into the other ports. You can also set up a wireless network using the router (if you don't use wireless, be sure to turn it off).
