Have you double clicked the drive in my computer?
What exactly isn't working?
Is it not starting? | | Junior Member with 4 posts. | | Join Date: Nov 2009 Experience: Intermediate | | Could never get the program to load up.Its been 6 months so I really cant remember all details, Never got as far as phone number either | | Distinguished Member with 2,735 posts. | | Join Date: Aug 2007 Location: Boise,Idaho Experience: Intermediate | | Plug it in and go to "my computer".
It should show as a flash drive.
Double click the drive and see if it starts.
If it does, complete the setup and it should
create a virtual cd drive that shows in my computer.
Then it should start up when windows starts.

I find it works best in a USB2 slot. Also, you need to have broadband service (dsl, cable etc)
You can go to their site and look at the different requirements necessary.

Some DSL modems include a built-in router (they will have more than one Ethernet connection on the back, usually four). If your modem only has one Ethernet connection, you need a separate router. You plug the cable from the modem into the WAN (or Internet, depending on how it is labeled) port on the router, and plug the computers into the other ports. You can also set up a wireless network using the router (if you don't use wireless, be sure to turn it off). | |
