start up scrolls/hangs :-(
My other pc won't start :-( The sequence gets as far as the windows welcome screen then the square bars just scroll across the screen but it will go no further than that so I see no desktop. I tried to restart it but that would not work ( used restart button, and ctrl alt del ) so I had to switch the power off. I tried twice more and the same thing happens. Please help :-(

Yes everything was fine last time I used it and I have NOT downloaded any new software, nor have I added any.
