[Bruballer]

hey there. Im kinda new here, and i dont really know how to come around this site, but i hope you can help me.

I have recently bought this computer from a friend. and it works fine. But there are a lot of programs that i dont know and dont use, and it has made the computer very slow.
I have removed all the unneeded programs ( control panel, then add or remove programs ), but whenever i restart my computer. it has all the programs i have deleted, and i have tried this plenty of times. but nothing seems to change.
what can i do?... I wanted to reboot the computer but i dont have the cd.
