I cant remove unneeded programs
I have removed all the unneeded programs on my computer through, control panel and then add or remove programs.
But whenever i restart my computer all the programs i have deleted are all on the computer, and the computer is slow as before.
I have tried this plenty of times, but nothing seems to work.

what can i do to get rid of these programs.

Bruballer, Please do not start more than one thread for the same topic. Did you go into the add/remove to see if the programs are still there after you remove them and reboot? If they are not there then maybe it is just the shortcuts showing on your desktop. If they are still there then you can try revo uninstaller from this site http://download.cnet.com/Revo-Uninst...-10687648.html and try uninstalling them.

In the future, first do this before using "Add-Remove" on the Control Panel:

Start>Programs>Click on the program>Click on "Remove/Delete/etc., IF present. That is the program's own un-installer.

If it is not there, then use the "Add-Remove" routine.
