Sorry. I just realized it while looking at your screenshot (IE8).

Your zoom setting is at 125%. Is it the same at 100%?

You've unchecked AVG9_TRAY - avgtray in the startup list in

Start - Run - MSCONFIG - OK - Startup(tab)

so you need to go back and recheck it.

While you're there, uncheck everything else that's currently checked.

------------------------------------------------------------------

When was the last time that you updated the definition files and then ran a scan with and then removed EVERYTHING that Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and SUPERAntiSpyware found?

Use the links that I provided in post #8, if you need to download and install the new versions - 1.42 and 4.31.0.1000.

If you updated the definition files and then ran a scan with MBAM and SAS and then removed everything they found, post those scan logs here.

I'm assuming that you've removed EVERYTHING the scans found. If you did, please post the scan logs here.

There may be other reasons why your computer is still running slow.

Open MBAM and click Logs(tab), select the scan log entry and click Open, then copy-and-paste it here.

Open SAS and click Preferences - Statistics/Logs(tab), select the scan log entry and click View Log, then copy-and-paste it here.
