Marcell:

You're complaining about scrolling being slow, but you're not complaining about performance or speed being slow, so it may be a touchpad problem or some other problem.

Go here and click the green icon to download HijackThis 2.0.2.

Close all open windows, then install it in its default location: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis.

Run a scan with it - which will take 30 seconds or less.

Save the resulting log in Notepad.

Return here, then copy-and-paste the entire log here.

Marcell:

I barely started scrolling down your HijackThis log and spotted one problem right away.

You have AVG Free 9 and Symantec Norton both installed and running at the same time. One of them has to be uninstalled. Multiple antivirus programs will fight each other, bog down a computer, and make it more susceptible to infection.

If you decide to uninstall Symantec Norton(which would be my choice), go here and click one of the "MajorGeeks USA" links to download Norton Removal Tool 2010.0.0.98. Download and save it, close all open windows, then run it and follow the directions. Restart your computer after it's done.

If you decide to keep AVG Free 9, right-click its taskbar icon and click Update Now. It updated today from 9.0.698 to 9.0.704.

I'm going to examine the rest of your HijackThis log and then post a new reply with instructions. In the meantime, do one of the above.

This sounds like a directx redraw problem. To confirm run dxdiag:

if any files are missing you can download and install the latest directx runtimes found here.

if you see directx disabled in the display tab, make sure video card drivers are installed with the most upto date version

Marcell:

Go here and click the green icon to download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.41.

Go here and click the green icon to download SUPERAntiSpyware 4.29.0.1004.

Close all open windows and then install them both. Make sure to update their definition files during the install process.

Restart your computer after they're both installed and updated.

Don't do anything else with them yet.

Let me know which antivirus program you kept and which one you uninstalled.

There's no need to post a new HijackThis log yet.
