Use the Group Policy Editor.

Click on Start > Run > type gpedit.msc

Expand Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Terminal Services

In the right hand pane, double-click the Allow users to connect remotely using Terminal Services setting and set the policy to Disabled.

In the Group Policy Editor, Expand Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates.

Right-click on Administrative Templates, select View > Filtering > Uncheck the "Filter by Requirements information" box.

Right-click on Administrative Templates and select All Tasks > Add/Remove Templates...

Add all Current Policy Templates.

add all templates does not make sense
I attached a snapshot of what comes up when I select add -
there appears different templates for the different PC-s
that are there.

Try adding conf.adm, inetres.adm and system.adm.
