PC Turning itself off

Hi long time since I've been here but new problem, If I'm running several programs at once sometimes my PC will turn itself off without warning. Now my PC is a heap of junk and replacing parts or getting a new one is not an option at the moment due to finances I'm just wondering is there some tweeks I could do to it to help it run a bit better and stop it turning itself off. Thanks in advance.

You will have better luck posting your results in the security & HJT forum.

Looks suspicious and could possibly be related to the adware infection.

Do not remove anything yourself wait till a trusted security advisor comes and reads your post.

The first thing that comes to mind is a memory related issue; I would strongly recommend running a ram memory tester such as memtest.

You have too much unnecessary crap installed and too many unnecessary programs automatically loading and running.

You have malware/spyware infestation.

You need to uninstall Uniblue Registry Booster. Never ever install and use a registry cleaner/booster/optimizer.

Go here and click the green icon to download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.41.

Go here and click the green icon to download SUPERAntiSpyware 4.30.0.1004.

Close all open windows, then install them both. Make sure to update their definition files during the install process.

After they're both installed and updated, restart your computer.

Don't do anything else with them yet.

Advise when you've done that.

Start Malwarebytes, then run a "quick scan" with it.

When the scan is finished, select and allow it to remove EVERYTHING it found.

Restart your computer.

Start SUPERAntiSpyware, then run a "quick scan" with it.

When the scan is finished, select and allow it to remove EVERYTHING it found.

Restart your computer.

Start Malwarebytes again, then go to Logs(tab).

Highlight the scan log entry, then click Open.

When the scan log appears in Notepad, copy-and-paste it here.

Start SUPERAntiSpyware again, then go to Preferences - Statistics/Logs(tab).

Highlight the scan log entry, then click View Log.

Let's see what's in that computer.

Start HijackThis.

Click on the "Open The Misc Tools Section" button.

Click on the "Open Uninstall Manager" button.

Click the "Save List" button.

Save the "uninstall_list.txt" file somewhere. It'll then open in Notepad.

Return here to your thread, then copy-and-paste the entire file here.

Do the following in this order:

Go here and click the green icon to download and save Sun Java Runtime Environment 1.6.0.17(6 Update 17).

Go here and click the green icon to download and save Adobe Reader 9.2.0.

Uninstall:

Adobe Reader 8.1.4

Apple Software Update

DAEMON Tools Toolbar

Java 6 Update 4

Java 6 Update 7

Java 6 Update 14

Restart your computer after they're all uninstalled.

Install:

Adobe Reader 9.2.0

Sun Java Runtime Environment 1.6.0.17(6 Update 17)

Restart your computer after they're both installed.

Start HijackThis and run a scan, then copy-and-paste that new log here.

Have you uninstalled Uniblue Registry Booster 2 and then deleted the Uniblue folder from inside the C:\Program Files folder?
