I have an exclamation point on a MTP device
What exactly is this and how do I get rid of the exclamation point. I also tried to play something from youtube and get no sound. Does this device have anything to do with sound? Please help

What OS are you running? What mobile device do you have connected to the system? Do you have WMP 10 installed?

You may also want to download the Media Transfer Protocol Porting Kit (MTP)

For more information on MTP go here ---> What Is MTP?

Hi again....i haven't gotten a reply to your message. I'm still getting the exclamation mark after downloading MTP Kit. Is there something else I have to do.

Exclamation Point in MTP Device
Hi Everyone. I'm truly glad that my thread is open again, but I need some help on the subject. Any help would be appreciated. I also want to say that I'm using Windows XP.

Do you have any sound at all? Have you checked in Control Panel - Sounds and Audio Devices - and made sure you have nothing Muted? (Go into Advanced under Volume, 'cause there is more than one way to mute.)

Capture the active window--How To Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows--and save it as a .jpg file with Paint.

Hi Terry, I really feel like an assinine. I've done everything requested in learning how to capture screen and saved it in my document, but for some reason I can't paste it in here. What could I possibly be doing wrong. I went to paint and all that stuff.
