How can I assign this button to another on keyboard
as you see in the picture i need to assign the key to another

so the new key should function instead of the button circuled in red

laptop is DELL e6400 and the OS is win XP SP2

I need to assign a button like "alt gr" instead of the shortcut "shift + f10"

How can I do that ?

What does that key do? If it runs an application such as the calculator, go the the calculator, right click \ properties \ shortcut and in the shortcut key, input the command.

Unfortunately it's not an application.

shift + f10 has a special function in excel and i need to assign this shortcut to a button like ALT GR
