Scandisk at startup
hi all,

As i start up my laptop and it runs through start up my scandisk starts up before it loads windows xp.

it happen before but i started about a few weeks ago.

how do i get it to stop!!!

is this normal im not sure if if has actully just started or it happens from day one as i tend to put in hibernation where as my brother switches it off.

That happens when the computer is not being shut down properly. Make sure it's being shut down properly.
