It is possible that someone else was accessing the Excel spreadsheet at the same time as you. By the sounds of it, they connected to it before you.

You just have to be sure that nobody else is accessing the file when you connect to it.

the Access Permissions has been given to each User. , Every one can access @ a time, they can save any thing on that Simultaneously.
