Apart from the 02 BHO with "no file" which is only clutter, I'm not seeing anything untoward in there although others may spot something. I've no experience of RegGenie but I regard CCleaner as a decent low level Registry cleaner and you've already used that.

The other factor in slowness is hard disk space and RAM. Can you please post back with details of your processor and RAM from the General page in Control Panel>System and the size and amount of free space of your hard disk from My Computer?

All of the startup entries in Start - Run - MSCONFIG - OK - Startup(tab) that I've highlighted in bold type can be unchecked and disabled from automatically loading during startup and running in the background. Some of them don't need to load and run at all, and others can be manually started when needed.

To change the setting, double-click the entry, change "Startup Type" to Manual, then click Apply - OK.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

After you edit Startup(tab), click Apply - OK, but don't restart yet. Don't restart until after you edit the services list.

The "System Configuration Utility" window will appear during restart. Ignore the message, put a checkmark in that window, then click OK.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

You need to uninstall RegGenie and DAEMON Tools and AskBar.

Run 'msconfig'.Startup, uncheck unnecessary programs on startup. Use Malwarebytes. Defrag your computer

Thank you so much for all your help.

I've done everything suggested.

It looks like it is more of a Graphics issues as I am getting serious lag on all my games.

I have started a new thread in the games section for the same :

Gaming can be very memory-hungry and graphic-hungry, so it helps to keep the startup load and the visual effects load as small as possible.
