Question Unwanted grid lines in some applications, sporadic
one user is getting weird gridlines when she opens certain applications (see attached). It happens at different times with different programs, so we’re not seeing a pattern. I’ve tried changing out her monitor, but it doesn’t seem to help.

Welcome to TSG Elizaj! The drivers could be a possibility. You changed out the monitor and you have the something so that's not it. Is the video onboard, AGP or PCI? If it is removable, pull the card and try another one, I'm thinking hardware. But first the Phantom010 option and see if it helps.

driver
It is for a friend in another state who's not too good with technology so i'll have to get back to you on that later.

But I sent her some questions so it shouldn't be long, thanks for the quick response though.
