Solved: something is missing?
i just received a link was provide by other site's member, which the files for my GPS device, they are suppose in .exe files, but when i download it, i can't extract it, because it's in some sort of square shape, with blue line on top that has 3 white dots on the right corner, i don't know what it call. this also had happen to me few months ago, when i download updates for my cellphone from offical website, it was back to .exe file after i had try few download attempts.

i am using window xp service2 with latest updates.

That is the .exe setup file. You need to double-click on it to run the installation. Then, follow the on screen instructions.

but when i click on the "box", it pop out much bigger box with blue line has 3 white dots, then it disappered really fast, nothing else happening

Then, try this fix: EXEFIX

Save the reg file to your desktop. Double-click on it to merge it to your registry.

Reboot.

Then, try installing your program again.

You may have a corrupt file.

What is your GPS's make and model?

What are the files for? Are they maps?

other member had try out the same link, it's fine, they can extract it. i have a Navigon 2100, my 7 years old was play with it on his laptop, erase everything in sd memory card.
