Stop Error Code 0x40000080
I have Lenovo Thinkpad T61. I have recently installed new hard disk with windows xp professional sp 3. I have been getting BSOD with error code 40000080 quite often when I awake the machine from sleep mode.

The following are the error codes I retrieved from even viewer.

Error code 40000080, parameter1 8a47f8b8, parameter2 894731e8, parameter3 805512b8, parameter4 00000001.

Error code 40000080, parameter1 8a4ac130, parameter2 8941c508, parameter3 ba4e3e5c, parameter4 00000002.

Error code 40000080, parameter1 89a9c418, parameter2 8943e698, parameter3 805512b8, parameter4 00000002.

Error code 40000080, parameter1 8a4568b8, parameter2 8936b760, parameter3 805512b8, parameter4 00000005.

Error code 40000080, parameter1 89b16130, parameter2 8944da80, parameter3 ba4e3e5c, parameter4 00000001.

I have attached the minidump files here. Please help with this issue.

Hardware failure due to e1e5132.sys.

Intel(R) PRO/1000 Adapter NDIS 5.1 deserialized driver.

Thanks a lot for the help. Could you please suggest what I should do for to solve it? Should I update the driver?

Yes update it or roll it back and write down the version of the driver before you start so you know which one is causing you the grief OK
