Can you post a few of your latest minidump files? They are located in C:\WINDOWS\Minidump. ZIP them and attach them to your next post.

well i would but one thing is that i couldnt find it i can onlyfind it here on my other computer (my second oldest one of about 5 years) and my 3 year old one wont even start up mow i accidentaly moved somthing (its not in a case) and it shut off then sadly it has one of them auto restart on system failer and all it did wa the little light that is supposted to be blue on the power button was orange and the fans just reved up and stayed like that so then i unplugged it sence the ppower button wouldnt shut it off i waited for a little while (about 30 seconds) then plugged it back in and tryed to start it up and it wouldnt do anything so then i waited till the power in it was gone after i unplugged it agian and tried to start it up again all it did was the light was orange and the fans would rev up then stop reve then stop and it just kept doing that and the little light on the mother bord that shows if the computer has power it would be on then it would dim as the fans came on the it would go bright again as the fans went off and so on

THIS COMPUTER IS PISSING ME OFF it was working fine bout a week ago maybe thats cause i actually had norton 360 on it and now only have windows firewall......which stopped working cause something told it that i had an antivirus program (that just happend a few days ago......)

Did you uninstall Norton with the Norton Removal Tool? If not, you surely have remnants of the program and it's causing conflicts with other programs or system applications.

After running the tool at least twice,

Please click here to download and install version 2.0.2 of the HijackThis Installer.

Run it and select Do a system scan and save a logfile.

The log will be saved in Notepad. Copy and paste the log in your next post.

Do not fix anything
