XP and sound problem
Hi. Today I installed a program. At the start there was a short tune and then there was no sound from the right speaker. It is the same with the headset. I tried to uninstall the program, cleaned up after that, etc., try to fix it form the the control panel, but it's no use. The anti-virus program found xlajtczy.sys, but it was removed after the reboot.I'm with a laptop. Can anyone help me fix that? :/ I use Realtek HD Audio.

If you ran the AV programme again now, it would probably find another filename made up of eight random letters, and so on until the root of the problem is traced. You need a stronger attack on this thing and MalwareBytes is a good start. Free but donations are welcomed at http://www.malwarebytes.com and when you''ve installed, let it update and restart then run the quick scan.

Fix anything it finds by following the instructions then restart the computer. Then run the full scan and do the same. Finally, please open MBAM again and click the Logs tab, then copy and paste both logs back here so someone can see what's been dealt with and assess if there's still a threat remaining.

In these circumstances, I'm more than happy to be wrong.
