Unhappy Solved: Service Pack 3 won't install - Expired ID?
After even using Microsoft's "Fix It" and Diagnostic tools, we get an automated e-mail that says:

Your ID seems to have expired or you have already completed this process before. Contact your support engineer so they can guide you through the appropriate next steps.

Hopefully we'll get a better e-mail on a weekday, but maybe someone knows what this means.

That error message isn't related to the problem with the SP3 install. That's related to some type of error report submission. Please provide information on what happens when you just run the SP3 installation executable.

Thumbs up SP3 is Now Installed - Problem Resolved
We ended up contacting Sony to see if there were updates needed. They said they would work on the problem -- and boy did they have to WORK. It took them 5-6 hours to get it all solved.

We appreciate everyone's help in here.
