Serious BOOTING PROBLEM
Hey Guys
I am in a serious problem! When I switch on my laptop first comes the processor and then an error message saying
"We apologize for the inconvenience but Windows did not start successfully. This may be due to a recent hardware and software change...........
...................
.............
............
And then it says

Safe Mode
Safe Mode with networking
Safe Mode with Command Prompt

Last Known Good Config

Start WINDOWS normally'

I try the normal and last known mode countless times and it is of no use, the computer restarts while windows is loading, the only mode that is working is safe mode. I have no clue, please help me solve this problem!

This is unfortunately too general a problem to help much with without more details. Safe mode is a cut down version of Windows, which avoids loading a number of services, all startup programs, and all manner of other things that can cause a problem while booting. The premise is that you boot to safemode and avoid the problem, which you then use to identify and repair/remove the offending feature.

A good place to start is "did you install any new hardware or software on the computer immediately before the problem arose?"

In addition to the above question.
Try..
Reboot - tap F8
Choose.
Safe mode with command prompt..
Log on as administrator.
Type.
%systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe
Press enter>Choose>Launch system restore.

Choose a date prior to the problem.

BlueHarp28's suggestion is good, but since you can run normal safe mode you'll probably find it simpler to just launch system restore from the GUI (Click the start menu > programs > Accessories > System Restore)
