Hi Kendrick. I feel your frustration, so lets try and sort this problem out ok? First of all I need the entire specs of your computer. Would you be able to enlarge the attached image as it is rather small. Have you also looked at your error logs under My Computer --> Manage --> Event View?

Ok, i enlarged the picture, I accidentally made it smaller when i was converting bmp. to jpg.

I went to My Computer > Manage> Event Viewer

What am i suppose to look for in there?

Entire specs of Computer? What did you mean by that?

Sorry I'm still kinda new to computers, i only know basic things

Don't be sorry mate, thats what I am here for!

Great, you found the Event Viewer! Ok there should be three different types of logs:
Appliction
Security
System

Since the 'Generic Host Process for Win32' is causing to shut down unexpectly, Windows Operating System always makes a note of this. Do what you normally do to make this error come up again. make a note of the time and date. Then, go to the Event Viewer and search for an error log (will appear as a red cross) with the exact date and time when that error came up. It should be either in the Application or System log.

Once you find the error log which correlates with the time and date the error came about, right click then properties (or double click). it should give you more precise details. Try taking a screen shot and then post it on this forum and I can take it from there.

Do you know what make and model your computer is? Should be marked on the outside of your tower. From there, I can find the specs of your computer.

I forgot how to get to safe mode, the only way i know is if I turn off the computer incorrectly, then it gives me the options to run in safe mode, or run windows normally
