Unhappy Help Computer is very slow
I have a dell with windows xp and it is very slow and I have roadrunner and the internet is even running slow can any one please help!

How much RAM is on that computer? (Start > Run > sysdm.cpl)


Please click here to download and install HijackThis.

Run it and select Do a system scan and save a logfile from the Main Menu.

The log will be saved in Notepad. Copy and paste the log in your next post.

Do not fix anything
