something on my screen???won't go away
I have a problem with a blue box, 2" X 4" on my screen that will not go away...! It's there on my desk top & when I'm in email, or surffin'...!
It says Brightness, at top, than at bottom it says exit & contrast. I can't click on this. When I mouse over it the arrow just goes behind it...? Help...!
HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS..? It makes it hard to see stuff on web sites..? I have rebooted, called on friends who know way more than me....!!!!!!
I have done many scans, (spy-bot, malwarebytes, housecall) but says nothing found...!???????

When you restart your computer, does it appear on the screen again?

----------------------------------------------------------------

Go here and click the green icon to download and save HiJackThis 2.0.4.

After it's been downloaded and saved, close all open windows first, then double-click the saved file to install it.

Allow it to install in its default location - C:\Program Files.

After it's been installed, start it and then click "Do a system scan and save a log file".

When the scan is finished in less than 30 seconds, a log file will appear. Save that log file.

Return here to your thread, then copy-and-paste the entire log file here.

Seems like your monitors settings menu has been activated. Turn your monitor off and back on (or just unplug it and plug it back in.)

I should've asked you if you had turned the monitor off and back on. Disregard my previous instructions.
