  • I ended up getting ahold of our vendor and they had the solution.
    Under Printer Properties, Ports, Configure Port, Uncheck the SNMP Status Enabled and that fixed it. So, I don't know if that's what you found, but I suggest adding the solution to the thread. Thanks again.
    Excuse me, but I saw your thread about the Sharp printer being offline. You didn't post the solution. I have one user that was able to printer to a Sharp MX-4501 on Friday but Monday it now says offline.
    I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, removed the port, added the port, tried going through the IP address and the printer name,restarted the computer, restarted the printer, logged in as a different user, and still it says offline. I checked with the permissions thing but I don't really see how that would matter since it worked last week and no permissions have been changed since then. The other 8 users in the department can use it just fine. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
